Description
Pure pork mortadella is a cooked sausage, cylindrical or oval in shape, pink in colour and with an intense and slightly spicy aroma. For its preparation are used cuts of meat and lard, properly minced in order to obtain a fine paste. Once cut, the surface is generally velvety and pink in colour.
