Burrata, a pasta filata cheese, is produced in Apulia, specifically in the town of Andria. This handmade pasta filata pouch containing a heart of Stracciatella is today one of the best Apulian specialities.

 

Ingredients : Milk , cream , salt , truffle (3%) – or gorgonzola, rennet, no preservatives.
